Old Sol Can't Escape From This Sextant -- The Ability to piece clouds on the darkest day is said to make this new MaCneil all-weather sextant a highly significant addition to the existing assortment of navigation devices. The inventor, Paul Humphrey MaCneil, who tested the sextant on the most recent westbound voyage of the S.S.
