Britain's Harvest has new start -- An aerial view showing the drive to gather the harvest home in progress during yesterday's fine spell in Sussex.A big drive to get the harvest home began in yesterday's sunshine, in many parts of Britain, September 10, Whenever possible the work of carting will go on by moonlight.Farmers Reported progress after two days of good sunshine and winds had dried the corn. But only in a few places were they able to put their reaping machines into the fields. Elsewhere the land was still sodden.In Suffolk, where more overtime is being worked than ever before, Harvesting was resumed on the light lands yesterday, although in other parts of the county, Farmer's efforts were dogged by flood waters which still inundate fields swept by the recent storms.
