In the left medallion a book burning of the writings of the Order, including works by Mariana, Busembaum and Suarez. A man tears a book broken, and a Jesuit runs away. In the right medallion, two students run away from the Collège Louis-le-Grand. One points to the rules that are hung on the door frame.
