This piece of tinfoil is one of the first 'phonograph records' that was recorded by a phonograph in Norway. Peder L Dieseth, an 80 year-old former music dealer, wrote this on a sheet of paper in 1934, glued a fragile piece of tinfoil to the paper, and brought it to the Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology. Norway's first sound recording, made in Tivoli, Oslo in 1879 was thus preserved but it was unplayable.

Model or a wind-driven pump. Model of a pump powered by mill wicks, in two-storey frames, almost identical to NG-MC-648-1. The lower floor is a bin in which the pump tube stands, which has a drain pipe at the top floor. The pump inhibitors are simple metal valves, as well as the pump pistons connected to a stool with a pump rod; With one model, the top of the pump tube closed with a wooden plug that ensures the vertical movement of the pump rod. The crankshaft is driven by a four mill vessel; Crankshaft and blades are mounted with a metal ring on a wooden cylinder, so that the whole can be turned into the wind direction.

The tent-like wooden burial chamber from the deck of the Oseberg ship. A Viking ship discovered in a large burial mound at the Oseberg farm near Tønsberg in Vestfold county, Norway. Dating from around 800 AD, the ship was excavated by Norwegian archaeologist Haakon Shetelig and Swedish archaeologist Gabriel Gustafson in 1904-1905. The ship is displayed at the Viking Ship Museum, in Bygdøy.
