The opening is framed by a narrow moulding and laterally by pilaster strips. The vertical oblong panels with columns miliariae to the shaft of which colors are fastened, and above horizontal oblongs with dolphins. Above is an oblong showing in the center Heracles and Omphale with a Cupid, and laterally Heracles in eight of his labors. Laterally projecting and receding are corners of an entablature showing lions with one of their forelegs upon a ball. On top are cornices.
