Photo album with sights in Paramaribo; Suriname Paramaribo .. Photo album in red-black collection tire with the title 'Suriname Paramaribo' printed on the front. They have decorations with flower and leaf motifs. On the back the name of the photographer in blind pressure. The inside of both the front and rear was originally covered with changing paper, this is now partly lacking. The band contains sixteen light prints in the cabinet photo format of sights in Paramaribo. Below the waterfront, the Government Square, the Heerenstraat, Steenbakerystraat, the Saramaccastraat, the Virgin street, Fort Zeelandia, the outdoor society, the great Combé-Colonial Museum, the Hoogduitse Israelite Synagogue and the St. Petrus and Paul church. Given the glue residues on the backs, the cabinet photos ever seem to have been stuck (together), possible as leporello album.

My years in India. Photo album with 33 sheets and approx. 265 photos about police actions in the Dutch East Indies. On the brown linen exterior the inscription "My years in India", under a vignette of an island with palm trees. A number of photos have been purchased photos. The photos show the journey with the ship's S.S. Aquarius, the daily life of the soldiers, a few photos of promotions and end 1949 the trip back to the Netherlands. The last pages show pictures of a marriage, family members and the suspected owner as an employee of the HTM. In the back of the album, three letters are aimed at: J (Ohan) P. Lugthart, Soldier no. 27.05.11.145. Troops. 1-5- J.R. S. Batavia. The compiler of this album was probably from Voorburg or The Hague.
