Sugar ''Chile'' Brings Jazz for Televiewers: His feet swinging clear of the floor, 11-year-old Sugar ''Chile'' Robinson'' - ''dynamic Jazz Juvenile" - warms up at the Piano on arrival at his London hotel. Farlier Robinson had arrived by air from America. He is to appear on British television and tour variety halls. Robinson, who specialises in ''boogie-woogie'' recently gave a recital to President Truman. Halfway through one of his numbers he asked; ''How 'm an do in' Mr. President.'' July 28, 1951.
