. Candle arm belonging to a candle wreath of two heights with maria figure at the top. The arm is bent twice and is decorated with four grape fees and five winger leaves. The round fat catcher is decorated at the bottom with fishing blozen motifs and has a downward edge of cross flowers in the middle, which masks the placement on the arm. The candle holder is sixted, opened, placed on three vertical styles, overtreen in a thread protrusion. This is the second arm of the upper ring, numbered with 3 round points. The candle holder is unnumbered.

Tribe of a candle crown in three heights, Anonymous, 1625 - 1650 The object consists of a round wrought iron rod, an iron split pin and the next and then parts processed on the lathe: the hanging ring, the upper strain section with the middle position ring, the lower position ring, the bulb and the button. The round hanging ring hole at the bottom of a hollow cylinder decorated with a heavy nodus. The upper strain is reversed cone -shaped and decorated with a heavy profiled rib. The ring placed below is profiled. The next part consists of the upper position ring with an almost spherical baluster, the foot of which is decorated with three grooved rings. . This piece is a veritable princely art collection in miniature. All manner of materials and artefacts have been incorporated into it. Originally the many drawers and compartments contained works of art and natural specimens. They were assembled by the Augsburg merchant, art dealer and diplomat Philipp Hainhofer. The whole constituted a reflection in miniature (microcosm) of the universe (macrocosm). The loose contents were stolen in 1631.

(5 cm).The association of bells and stone chimes with ancient ritual made them ideal subjects for reproduction as decorative objects. In the late eighteenth century, when the supply of jade was plentiful, archaistic bells and fanciful stone chimes were made from the precious material. The fashion for this type of jade object probably began in the imperial workshops during the Qianlong reign (1736-95) and continued in commercial enterprises through the nineteenth century. Above the dragon a crown, a festoon and vultuts with pearl chapets on either side. The turtle-shaped back is surrounded by rollerwork and, among other things, decorated with a dragon with wings, standing on a mask, and an eagle in flight, being the pieces of the arm of the borghese arms.

The article consists of an iron rod with an iron hook and the following molded parts: the maria figure, the right hand riveted to her arm, her correspondingly riveted left hand with the Christ child, the crown riveted on her head, the stem, the riveted lion head , the draw ring. The standing maria figure is surrounded by a radiate wreath. Her dress and cloak are decorated with punched stimers. Job fastening and necklace have also been punched. The predominantly hollow profiled strain has two stand rings with six notches each, which are marked with one to five notches. The last notch per ring is unnoticed. The scepter is missing at the marblia figure.

Chandelier mid-18th century Italian On top is the royal crown of Savoy with the inscription Vive Le Roy Protecteur des Ars (Long live the King, protector of the arts). This chandelier comes from the Palazzo Chiablese in Turin which was modified and decorated about 1740 for Carlo Emanuele III, duke of Savoy and King of Sardinia from 1730 until 1773. Sconce 1868-70 Attributed to Mitchell, Vance & Co. This brass sconce, one of four (see 68.143.7, .15-.16), and its corresponding twelve-light chandelier (68.143.5) originally illuminated the sitting room, or rear parlor, of the mansion built for Jedediah Wilcox at 816 Broad Street in Meriden, Connecticut. Completed in 1870, the house was heralded as one of the states grandest residences. Previously outfitted for gas lighting, the fixture has been electrified for use in the Museum. Likely made by Mitchell, Vance and Co., the sconce incorporates a Néo-Grec decorative vocabulary that features stylized palmettes, fleur-de-lis, and portrait medallions above the gas keys and coordinates with the room's original suite of seating furniture, overmantel mirror, and window cornices (see 68.133.1-.5, .8-10, and 68.134.11)..
