Water Walker -- Aleksander Wozniak, 31-year-old Polish draughtsman of stapleford, Nottinghamshire, confidently sails across the waves on his water-skis during his water-walk of 3½ miles from Brean Gown to Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, to-day (Friday). Wozniak planned to walk across the Bristol channel to Cardiff, but had to cancel this because of high wind and rough seas. With the aid of his poles, Wozniak propels himself across the water at four miles an hour, faster then average walking pace.
