Cavaleric carabine of the Belgian Dragonder, Joseph Malherbex, 1829  Carabiner with flint lock. The carbine is by Baron M.C. Van Alderwerlt Houtuyn, conquered as the Ritmeester of the 5th Regiment Light Dragonders. On the flask he wrote with ink himself: `1831 (August) of a sabelding dragonder '. Cavalry carabinage from Belgian dragonder (ten -day campaign). Round run with letters: Place in an oval; brass visor grain; brass band with iron rotation tongs; lock; rooster with heart -shaped opening; brass side plate, flask plate, tire, tractor plate and bracket; On flask brand smashed from: Joseph Malherbex.
