Strip bobbin with a wave of a fan -shaped flour and feathered leaf, anonymous, c. 1720 - c. 1750 Strip of natural-colored bobbin, binche side. The repeating pattern consists of a curved flower stem with a targeted fan -shaped flower, from which a large feathered leaf originates that bends to the underside. Between the successive loose waves that arise in this way, there is a tulip on a curved stem along the top. Below the underside there is a loose flower with five pointed petals on one side. The motifs are connected by a decorative land, a snowflake ground. The motifs are made in linen battle with openwork edges. At the top and bottom are straight finished, with the bottom with picots. The repeating and symmetrical pattern consists of an arc that forms between two flower vases from a long curved slender with flowers and leaves. Under each arch there is a bowl along the lower edge with a symmetrical settlement of two rosette flowers between two down -bending leaves. The motifs are connected by a grid, a five -part ground. The motifs are made in linen battle with openwork edges. Ornamental grounds are used among other things between the flowers and leaves, it concerns various snowflake grounds. Above it has a spreamother of small twigs with around flower and two oval leaves. The grape food and the leaf steal from a horizontal spiral rank up and bend in opposite direction from each other, but always on the same direction. Under the spiral rank a very fine soil of some, strongly twisted meshes, with a repetitive motif of a narrow five-finger leaf. Full work without recesses in these five-fingered leaves and in the oval leaves and the grapes. One type of ornamental ground in the wine leaves. Slip edge with regular arcs along the bottom edge. The top is trimmed with a border clamping side.

The repeating and symmetrical pattern exists along the underside of the strip from a concatenation of spindle releases that are formed by two winding contour wires that have been worked in a closed pin stroke ground. At regular distance, a larger oval is from the spindle releases that rises to the top of the strip, the wires on the top of the strip in a straight line along the top to the next large oval. The ground ground is opened in the center of each major oval. Upper and bottom of the strip are directly finished in which the underside is equipped with picots.

Spread motif with two rows of twigs with four or five leaves, on a fine hexagonal mesh ground. The pattern on the underside of the strip consists of arcs filled with a finer mesh soil. In the arcs alternately a configuration of four times four mushes or a twig. A single and a double branch alternately spring from the arcs. The arcs are formed by small connected ovals, filled with a decorative soil with rader picots. All leaves filled with fullwork with hardly any recesses. Upper and bottom of the strip are straight finished, the underside with picots. One short side has a soil. On this side of the strip, there is a width council here.

The bottom edge consists of arcs with alternating one loose flour and the same flower connected to a landscape flower branch. Strip bobbin with windows and oval, anonymous, c. 1900 Strip of natural -colored bobbin: magic side. The repeating symmetrical pattern consists of a diamond -shaped motif on the center line, in which a decorative soil with a block pattern has been realized with form strokes. Always after each window on the center line in an oval frame is a flower with a diamond -shaped heart, cloated in netslag, and fourteen rectangular petals made in form. Up and below the diamond -shaped motif is a similar flower, but then halved. Upstairs and below the flour with the fourteen petals, an oval motif with a diamond -shaped decorative land is placed along the edges. The top of the strip is finished with a straight strap. The underside of the strip is finished under a narrow straight strap with a scrap edge with small shells. The repetitive and symmetrical pattern consists of an oval cartouche that is flanked to the left and right by a stem that comes downwards full of thick curved leaves, with halfway an outwardly directed round peony. In the cartouche, a symmetrical drawing can be seen from interconnecting voluntary leaves, flowers and shapes. The oval cartouches with peonies are connected by a five-grade ground. Fragment of a Band with Vine Scroll and Leaves, 16th-17th century. Italy, 16th-17th century. Needle lace, filet/lacis (knotted ground and darned in two directions); bleached linen (est.); overall: 15 x 63.8 cm (5 7/8 x 25 1/8 in.). A scrolling vine with budding vegetation or a tendril motif is a recurring pattern in needle lace. The frequent use of the motif, adapted in lace from different centuries and regions, suggests that it was found in a pattern book.
