Royal Sovereign Becomes "H.M.S." AgainThe Russian troopship "Ukraina" lying alongside the "Royal Sovereign" to take off the Russian crew.The battleship "Royal Sovereign" was formally returned by Russia to the Royal Navy at Rosyth, Scotland yesterday (Wednesday). The Russian-flag was replaced by the Royal Ensign just before sunset. Near her the troopship "Ukraina" was lying at anchor with 600 Soviet Officers and ratings who are returning today to Russia.
