Johnny William Reiff, (1885-1974), American jockey riding Macdonald II to victory in the Prix du Conseil 1905. Reiff and his brother were implicated in a horse doping scandal in late 1901, which led to the revocation of their licences.. The Prix du Conseil de Paris was a flat horse race, at Longchamp Racecourse.
