Bituminous treat is Class A Surface Treatment using a.4 gallon prime of cutback asphalt and a.6 gallon per square meter application of A.P.-3. About 60 pounds per square meter of cover material was used but it did not all stick. The foundation consists of a.25 meter Telford base and.10 meter of waterbound macadam. Maintenance has been heavy due to heavy traffic and unstable subsoil. State: Puerto Rico.
