Readiness Challenge VIII participants from Air Force Mobility Command's 60th Civil Engineer Squadron, Travis Air Force Base, California, tackle one of the final events -- an obstacle course -- April 22, 2022, at the Silver Flag Exercise Site, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. SEATTLE (April 9, 2022) - University of Utah Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen participate in a Tug-of-War on the University of Washington campus during the 2022 Northwest Navy competition, April 9. More than 250 NROTC students and staff members from the Universities of Idaho/Washington State, Oregon State, Utah and Washington competed in military drill, academic and athletic events at the one-day contest. Northwest Navy has been held on a rotating basis between the schools since 1957. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this was the first time all units were able to compete in person since 2019.

WTI is a seven-week training event hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One, providing standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine aviation training and readiness, and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.

SEATTLE (April 9, 2022) - University of Washington Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen participate in a Tug-of-War on the University of Washington campus during the 2022 Northwest Navy competition, April 9. More than 250 NROTC students and staff members from the Universities of Idaho/Washington State, Oregon State, Utah and Washington competed in military drill, academic and athletic events at the one-day contest. Northwest Navy has been held on a rotating basis between the schools since 1957. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this was the first time all units were able to compete in person since 2019.
