Naval Command Ceremonies

Capt. Matthew W. Hebert, former commanding officer of Navy Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC), is presented his flag at the end of the recitation of "Old Glory" during his change of command and retirement ceremony held at the National Naval Aviation Museum aboard Naval Air Staiton Pensacola, Sept. 30. NMOTC oversees 6 detachments and 12 training centers in more than 60 facilities spread across the U.S. with more than 65 instructional programs within aviation, surface and undersea warfare in addition to expeditionary forces and special operations medicine.
