Commandos and RAF pilots fresh from attacks on the Axis in Europe and Africa, Yank flyers and sailors who dealt death to the Japanese in the Pacific, they were parade up famous Broadway to the cheers of thousands, then were hailed at a monster reception that night at Madison Square Garden.Admirers line the sidewalks ten deep as the fighters ride up Broadway.
