They were, apparently, Reapers Returning To Their Homes; But as perhaps it was their purpose to reinforce the Boat, they were not allowed to jump the Land, and had to continue their journey to Tangier.

As a result of a defect occurring on 30 March 1979, the main electoral motor of the Oceanographic research vessel had to be Hr.Ms. Tydeman (A 906) removed from the ship by the Rijkswerf (RW) to be sent to the manufacturer in Germany for repair.
