Most of the Furniture has been stored elsewhere but the larger Pictures -- some of Lord clifford's ancestors -- are Still on the Walls. Lord and Lady Clare Mary Clifford, both shown here examining the Golden carpet of grain, live at Lawell House near to the Mansion. Says Lord Clifford. "Like All Farmers I have had great difficulty in Getting the grain dry. My normal accommodation is full so we put it in here".
