Visit of Secretary Dirk Kempthorne to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge near Commerce City, Colorado to participate in ceremonies marking the expansion of the Refuge through transfer of more than 7,000 acres of land from the U.S. Army to the Fish and Widlife Service.
